Cranberry Honey Butter
Fresh cranberries, raw honey, and a dash of cinnamon transform ordinary butter into a delectable, colorful topping for fresh bread.

- 1/2 C unsalted butter, softened one stick of butter
- 1/2-1 C fresh cranberries, pulsed in a blender, in small chunks picture shows 1 C
- 5 1/2 TBSP powdered sugar can adjust as desired
- 1 TBSP raw organic honey
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
In a blender or food processor, pulse fresh cranberries until they are small chunks. Set aside.
In a medium mixing bowl, whip softened butter with a hand mixer.
Add fresh cranberry chunks, powdered sugar, honey, and cinnamon. Blend well.
Serve at room temperature or save in the fridge for later. Before serving make sure you bring the cranberry honey butter up to room temperature so that it will spread nicely onto your bread. **it is best not to try and soften this in the microwave or the butter may melt**
