A blend of six flours or starches combine to give your gluten and dairy free baked goods a wonderful flavor.

Ingredients

gluten free rice flour

almond flour

tiger nut flour
or Buckwheat flour**

potato starch

arrowroot starch

oz
cassava flour
Instructions
Place a large bowl, or the container(I prefer glass) you store your flour on a digital kitchen scale. Tare the weight of the container.
Measuring in ingredients making sure to tare the scale after each ingredient.
Whisk the flours/starches together well.
Now you are ready to bake.
Notes
**buckwheat flour can easily be substituted for the tiger nut flour.
