- Place a large bowl, or the container(I prefer glass) you store your flour on a digital kitchen scale. Tare the weight of the container.
- Measuring in ingredients making sure to tare the scale after each ingredient.
- Whisk the flours/starches together well.
- Now you are ready to bake.
Notes
**buckwheat flour can easily be substituted for the tiger nut flour.
