Spice Rub for Meat
a perfect blend of spices that will add flavor and depth to any type of meat in any way you choose to cook it- smoke, broil, sauté , bake

1 mason jar
measuring spoons
- 4 tsp paprika
- 4 tsp sea salt
- 1 TBSP garlic powder
- 1 TBSP onion powder
- 1 TBSP black pepper
- 1 TBSP dried thyme leaves
- 1 TBSP oregano
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper add more or less to your likiing
In a 1 pt mason jar, add seasoning and replace the lid and shake well until seasonings are well blended.
Use on any type of meat. My favorite is chicken and pork. The cayenne pepper can be adjusted to your heat preference.
