Equipment

  • 1 glass canning jar
  • 1 measuring spoon

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 TBSP dark chili powder
  • 1 TBSP cumin
  • 1 TBSP oregano
  • 1 TBSP paprika
  • 1 TBSP onion powder
  • 1 TBSP garlic powder
  • 1 TBSP sea salt my favorite is Anasazi Salt
  • 1/2 TBSP black pepper
  • few dashes cayenne pepper

Instructions
 

  • Simply measure each seasoning and add it to the jar. Then place the lid on and shake well. You may have to stir with a spoon to make sure to get it mixed completely.
    Taco Seasoning Mixed
  • I usually use 1 TBSP for ground beef per pound of meat, and 1 1/2 TBSP per pound for my shredded chicken.
