S’mores in the Oven

One of my kids most favorite summer-time treats is s’mores. But sometimes I just don’t want to go to the effort of having a fire in the backyard and everyone smelling like a campfire. Anyone feel that way? This is the solution to that problem! S’mores in the Oven take less than 5 minutes on a low broil and you are good to go! The moment my kids see these, they are gone.

I like to use Schar brand for the graham cracker base. I buy Jet Brand marshmallows and Hershey mini chocolate bars. This recipe is super easy, a kid favorite, and the clean up isn’t bad either. Win-Win for everyone.

This S’mores in the Oven recipe is really fun to make with your kids. It is also a great one when you need to make a gluten free dessert and a dessert with gluten. They will look pretty similar, the gluten free graham crackers are just smaller(of course!), and everyone is happy.

Here’s to many memories enjoying summer!
