S'mores in the Oven

The quickest way to enjoy a s'more whether it's summertime or not. Utilizing your oven broil function, you can have a delicious "open-faced" s'more in about five minutes.

Ingredients
  

  • gluten free graham crackers I like to use Schar
  • large marshmallows I like Jet brand best
  • mini chocolate bars I like to use Hershey

Equipment

  • 1 sheet pan
  • parchment paper

Method
 

  1. Turn oven onto LOW BROIL
  2. On a baking sheet, place. parchment paper. Add the number of graham crackers you need. Top with one large marshmallow.
  3. Place in oven for about 4 minutes(all ovens vary, so make sure to check at 3 just in case-or it may need to go a little longer)
  4. Remove from oven and place two squares of the mini chocolate bars onto the marshmallow and gently press down.
  5. Let cool just a couple minutes, then serve.
